Games with the Johnsons

Greedy Scoreboard

Round
Add players to begin.
Greedy Dice Scoring:

You can save 1s and 5s alone as scoring dice.

1s = 100 each (You can save 1 or 2 ones)
Three 1s = 1,000 (then doubles with each extra 1)

5s = 50 each (You can save 1 or 2 fives)
Three 5s = 500 (then doubles with each extra 5)

Any other number: three of a kind = 100 × number (then doubles with each extra die)

When you roll, set aside your scorable dice and then roll the rest if you’re greedy and want more points. If you roll more scorable dice, slide them over and add them to your score, but every roll has to be scored separately.
Example: if you roll two 5s on your first roll (100 points), and then one more 5 on your next roll (50 points), your total for that turn would be 150.

If all your dice score (“You’re all up”), you pick up all 10 dice and keep rolling.

Once someone passes the target, final round begins. Everyone gets equal turns to try to beat the leader.

Hollywood Rummy Scoreboard

Round
Add players to begin.
Hollywood Rummy Notes:

S = Set (3 of a kind, any suit)
R = Run (4 cards in a row, same suit)

Rounds and what you have to lay down:
1. 1S – 1R = one set and one run
2. 2S = two sets
3. 2R = two runs
4. 2S – 1R = two sets and one run
5. 2R – 1S = two runs and one set
6. 3S = three sets
7. 3R = three runs (last hand)

Scoring each round:
• When a player goes out, every other player adds up the points left in their hand.
• Type that number in their box for that round.
• The scoreboard adds all rounds together — highest total loses, lowest total wins.

“I WANT IT” row:
• Only needed on the last hand (3R).
• On earlier hands, you can still say “I want it,” but we do not track those here.
• Each player has 3 checkboxes to track up to three times they say “I want it.”
• These boxes do not add or change points — they are just markers.
